Todd’s team did a master bathroom remodel for us. The end result was beautiful and functional. Everyone we spoke to was courteous and professional. Todd made sure to inspect the project progress frequently and address all of our concerns. Tile, plumbing, electrical, and drywall were handled by professional tradespeople. The project finished on time and within budget. We are very satisfied with our new bathroom and will be glad to call Sound Contracting again for future projects.

We hired sound contracting to do a large addition on the back of our 20+ year old home in Duvall. From day one, Todd was extremely friendly and professional. He has a TON of experience with all aspects of construction, and is open, up-front, and honest about the entire process. It was obvious that his #1 concern was that we loved the work and felt like we’d gotten a good deal. There were plenty of times when he would say, “It’s your choice, but if it were up to me…” and he’d give GREAT advice. I’ve done a lot of DIY projects, but this one was too big for me to do myself, and it was great to see how organized and thoughtful his team was. They were always very clean and courteous, and his subcontractors are the BEST. Todd would stop by regularly to talk with us, make sure we knew the timelines, and make sure we were still happy with our choices and how the work was progressing. There is no question that I will use Sound Contracting for every home construction project from here on out!

Todd, Ike, Stephanie, Katie and crew built an addition to our home and did additional remodel work throughout the remainder of the house. They are very professional, thoughtful and take a lot of care in making sure that the work is done as agreed and of high quality. Todd was always willing to discuss the options available and the associated costs of each when decisions came up. He responded quickly to texts and calls and always made time to fully address questions. They care about the customer being happy with the end result and there were frequent check-ins to make sure that the project was turning out as expected. Over the course of the project we came to know the crew as professionals and as people and appreciated their approach and working style; by the end of the project the crew felt like an extension of our family. This was a fairly large project that required a lot of planning and had many variables. In a project like ours things never go exactly as planned as there is always unforeseen and unavoidable events, and it was in these circumstances that Sound Contracting left the biggest (positive) impression as they always took a ‘no problem, we’ll figure it out’ approach that was based on years of experience in the industry and where quality was never sacrificed and where schedules and costs were carefully considered. Communication from Todd and crew was very good and questions and concerns were always addressed promptly and in a fair and efficient manner. Todd has a lot of integrity and it was a great experience working with he and his team.

I can’t recommend Todd and his team enough for home remodels. We had the absolute pleasure in working with them to do a full downstairs remodel of our house (kitchen, bathrooms, office, etc.), replace the front porch, and replace the roof over Covid (2020-21). The team’s quality standards, level of communication, ability to go out-of-their way to work with us to help build out a plan and more than meet it, all were quite astounding. Look, all things being said, I’m likely not the most-easy-to-please client. My father is a homebuilder and I grew up working on houses. I’ve had years of practice working in high-tech in hiring all sorts of vendors, including being in charge of renovating an office building. The way in which Todd and his team worked with us to help uncover the right decisions, to uncover what would work best, to help work with us when things changed (as things commonly do) all have led us to keep going back for further projects. I don’t think it’s common for people to befriend your contractor but we genuinely feel that him and his teams are friends now, all based on the way we are consistently treated and in the remarkable quality of their finished work.

Our Duvall-area project involved a kitchen remodel, new flooring, new trim, new doors, electrical work, lighting installation, and interior painting throughout the first floor. We are so happy with the end result!
