Todd Whetten
President & Founder
Todd’s passion for remodeling started at a young age, when he assisted his father in building their family home. Through his teenage and college years he worked for various builders gaining hands-on knowledge in almost every aspect of the field.
After obtaining a BS in Construction Management and 16 years of experience in building 500+ new homes, Todd made the decision to start his own business, Sound Contracting LLC in 2015. He finds great satisfaction in the work, building strong relationships with his valued customers and transforming their home to better meet their wants and needs.
Apart from his love for remodeling, Todd also enjoys spending his spare time golfing, fishing, mountain biking, traveling and embarking on humanitarian trips with his five children.
Stephanie Whetten
Co-owner & Office Manager
Stephanie is the Office Manager at Sound Contracting LLC, responsible for managing all of the administrative needs. Her efficient approach keeps everything running smoothly. Stephanie is the creative mind behind the renderings that bring your remodeling projects to life, working closely with you to create the perfect space that you’ll adore.
During her free time, Stephanie enjoys pursuing her interests in gardening, photography, and traveling with her husband, Todd. Additionally, she highly values spending quality time with her family.
Isaac Maurer
Lead Carpenter
Isaac joined Sound Contracting in September 2020, bringing with him over 20 years of roofing expertise. He spent two years as a crew lead and eight years as a foreman for residential and light commercial general contractors. Isaac’s extensive industry knowledge makes him a valuable addition to our team.
During his free time, Ike can be found snowboarding, riding his Harley Davidson, or working on a project car.
Katie Ellsworth
Project Specialist
Sound Contracting welcomed Katie in 2020 to serve as our Selections Specialist, guiding homeowners through the selections process. Having gone through the process herself, Katie can empathize with homeowners and help them navigate the journey of remodeling with ease. In addition to her role, Katie is always ready to assist with any special projects.
Apart from work, Katie loves spending quality time with her loved ones and quilting with her friends.
