Before scheduling an in-home consultation, we'll have a phone call to discuss your project. If our visions align, we'll proceed with the consultation and share our "What to Expect: Initial Meeting" document to help you prepare.

In-Home Consultation

Explore your vision, discuss objectives and options, measure and assess budget, and finalize the Project Design and Development Agreement.

Preliminary Design & Initial Budget

Execute the agreement, prepare and assess custom design plans and 3D renderings, and collaborate on revisions as needed.

Detailed Design & Proposal of Service

Once we agree on the design, we prepare pricing, including adjustable allowances based on industry standards.

Construction Agreement Engaged & Deposit

The deposit amount, specific to your project, reserves a spot in our schedule and may trigger ordering long lead-time materials like cabinets. At this stage, final selections may still be pending, with allowances in effect, and additional change orders may be necessary.

Selections

Our Project Specialist (PS) serves as your continuous point of contact, providing support and a list of preferred vendors. The PS assembles the selection summary for your review and approval. The construction start date is determined once final selections are made.

Pre-Construction Meeting

Held in your home 1-2 weeks before the start date, this meeting discusses logistics, event sequence, timeline, and addresses any questions.

Construction

Our skilled team brings your dreams to life, adhering to the timeline while prioritizing clear communication and your comfort. As we near completion, we finalize the remaining tasks. Final payment is due at project completion.

Project Completion & Warranty

Enjoy your newly transformed home, showcasing our high-quality craftsmanship. Our relationship continues post-construction with ongoing communication and support.
